Deposit, Cancellation & Consultation Fee Policy

At The Skin Firm, we strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible. However, due to the high demand for our treatments, we have introduced a formal Consultation Fee, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy. We value your time and appreciate that you respect ours too.​​

Deposit
  • A deposit is required per treatment when booking. Appointments cannot be confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance is due at the end of your treatment.

  • Full payment for treatment packages is required at the end of your first session.

  • We accept only credit/debit cards.

Cancellations and No Shows
  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice: Your deposit will be refunded.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours or no-shows: The deposit will be retained.

  • If you have booked multiple treatments and decide to cancel one or more of them less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit for the canceled treatment(s) will be forfeited.

 
Late Arrivals
  • If you arrive 10 minutes late or over, we will need to reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure we have enough time to treat you safely—rushing treatments can compromise results and increase risks. Unfortunately, this will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.​​​​​

Consultation Fee (applies only to consultation appointments)
  • A deposit of the full consultation fee is required when booking.

  • The consultation fee is fully redeemable against treatment costs (excluding skincare products) if a treatment is booked and carried out within 2 months. This applies to treatments over £150 for consultations with the Doctor and treatments over £100 for consultations with the Aesthetician.

  • The fee is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with a treatment after the consultation, or if the consultation reveals that the treatment is not suitable for you.

  • Please note, treatment cannot be carried out during the consultation appointment. You will need to book a separate treatment appointment with its own deposit. This can be done at the clinic during your consultation.​

Timely notification allows us to offer your appointment to another client and helps avoid losing your deposit.
